Payment and cancellations policy

Day Tours:

  1. A 35% down payment will be made at the time of booking
  2. The remaining balance is to be paid up to 7 days before the trip unless otherwise agreed upon
  3. In case of cancellation, a 20€ handling fee per participant will be charged
  4. In any case of cancelation 14 days or more prior to the date of the trip, a full refund will be made, excluding handling fees
  5. In any case of cancelation within 7-14 days before the trip, 35% of the total will be charged
  6. In any case of cancelation within 7-3 days before the trip, 50% of the total will be charged
  7. In any case of cancelation within less than 3 days before the trip, the full amount will be charged

 

Multi-day Tours – Small groups (2-5 participants):

  1. A 35% down payment will be made at the time of booking. This includes 150€ per participant handling fee
  2. An additional 50% of the total price is to be paid up to 45 days before the trip
  3. The remaining balance is to be paid up to 14 days before the trip
  4. In any case of cancellation, the 150€ per participant handling fee will not be refunded
  5. In any case of cancelation 60 days or more prior to the date of the trip, a full refund will be made, excluding handling fees
  6. In any case of cancelation within 60-14 days before the trip, 35% of the total will be charged
  7. In any case of cancelation within 14-7 days before the trip, 50% of the total will be charged
  8. In any case of cancelation within less than 7 days before the trip, the full amount will be charged
  9. In case the price of the trip includes airfare or services from a third party with different conditions, the cost of the cancellation will apply according to the supplier’s policy

 

Muti-day Tours – Large Groups (6 participants or more):

  1. A 35% down payment will be made at the time of booking. This includes 105€ per participant handling fee
  2. An additional 50% of the total price is to be paid up to 60 days before the trip
  3. The remaining balance is to be paid up to 14 days before the trip
  4. Individual Cancelations
    • In any case of cancelation, a 105€ handling fee will not be refunded
    • In any case of individual cancelation up to 60 days prior to the date of the trip, a full refund will be made, excluding handling fees
    • In any case of individual cancelation within 60-14 days before the trip, 25% of the total will be charged
    • In any case of individual cancelation within 14-7 days before the trip, 50% of the total will be charged
    • In any case of individual cancelation within less than 7 days before the trip, the full amount will be charged
  5. Group Cancelations
    • In any case of cancelation, a 105€ handling fee will be charged per participant
    • In any case of cancelation up to 90 days prior to the date of the trip, a full refund will be made, excluding handling fees
    • In any case of cancelation within 90-60 days before the trip, 25% of the total will be charged
    • In any case of cancelation within 60-14 days before the trip, 35% of the total will be charged
    • In any case of cancelation within less than 14 days before the trip, the full amount will be charged
  6. In case the price of the trip includes airfare or services from a third party, the cost of the cancelation might vary according to the supplier’s policy
  7. In cases in which the price depends on the size of the group, a cancelation of one or more participants may affect the price per person of the rest of the group

 

Cancelations due to COVID-19

  1. In cases of COVID-19 conditions that prevent the tour from being carried out, such as official government edicts, (either in the client’s country of origin or in the country of destination), airport closures, and travel bans, all efforts will be made to ensure a full refund. However, COVID-19 refund policies may vary among our suppliers and will therefore depend on third parties’ cancelation conditions
  2. In any case in which a full refund will not be possible, all paid funds will be available for the client to be used on a different date in the future.
  3. In any case of cancelation due to COVID-19 infection (with the presentation of an official document) of one or more participants, all paid funds will be saved as credit for the client to be used on a future date.

General:

  1. All payments are to be made in euros
  2. By paying a down payment, the customer agrees to the terms of payment and cancelation
  3. There may be changes in timetables that will not affect the trip but may change the order of activities
  4. The route may vary due to weather conditions, local authorities’ instructions, technical malfunctions, or the professional guide’s decision due to changing route conditions
  5. On a trip where the price depends on the size of the group, the cancellation of one or more participants may affect the price per person for the rest of the group
