Wine Tours
The Penedes district in Catalonia is known for its beautiful scenery and is world famous for the wineries there, where high quality wine and Cava (Catalan Champagne) is made. A short drive from Barcelona will bring us to the Penedes, and we will see at close quarters the vineyards and be introduced to the various processes for wine-making both past and present. A professional vintner will escort us on the tour and show us around the private vineyard, the winery and the cellar where very generous tastings of both wine and cava will accompany the explanations.

We have chosen to concentrate on a small boutique winery in order to offer you a direct and personal experience.
Following the tour, we will continue tasting wines while enjoying a superior and typical Catalan meal in the cellar among the aging barrels.
Finally, before returning to Barcelona, you will be given the opportunity to cork a bottle of cava in the old traditional method, and you will then take it home with you. It is also possible to buy products from the hosts.
